HOW DO I SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

Patients may schedule their own appointments directly, but must have a completed & signed physician order upon arrival for their appointment. Physician's offices can also call to schedule appointments or simply just fax us over the order with your current phone number so that we are able to get in touch with you.

Please provide 24 hour notice if you need to change your appointment so that other patients may be accommodated.

We pride ourselves on staying on schedule, which in turn will keep you on schedule. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to verify registration information and provide health information related to your exam.

EVEN THOUGH THIS IS AN OPEN MRI SCANNER, WHAT IF I STILL NEED SOMETHING TO HELP ME RELAX?

Unfortunately we are unable to dispense any type of medication at our facility. If you think that you may need something to help you relax, ie Valium, you will need to obtain this from your physician prior to your appointment. Please call our facility the day of your procedure to check to see what time we want you to take your prescribed medication. You will also need to make sure that you have someone to drive you home after the exam is finished.

DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION?

Yes, we do offer transportation to our patients through the Henry County Transit System. They provide curb-to curb service that is safe and reliable. Transportation is available by reservation only. To help you ensure your trip is scheduled, advanced reservations are strongly encouraged. Riders will need to be ready up to one hour before their scheduled appointment time. We will be happy to set this up for you at no additional charge.
